4.0 GPA — Frequently Asked Questions

What does “Cap at 4.0” mean?
If enabled, weighted GPA per course will not exceed 4.0. If you choose “Allow over 4.0”, weighted points can exceed 4.0.
How are percents converted to letters?
By the thresholds you set above. The tool keeps A+ ≥ A ≥ A- ≥ … ≥ D- to ensure consistency.
